ICT Resource Centre
Objective
The overall objective of the KMA Resource Center is to streamline the flow of information within the Association, its membership and stakeholders in order to bridge communication gaps, enhance cooperation and foster understanding.
Specific Objectives
- To coordinate, improve and consolidate the Association’s communication function.
- To provide modern, adequate and efficient IT services.
- To manage and improve the Association’s Public Relations function.
- To provide management, support and forecasting for ICT related /enabled services in the Association.
- To provide efficient management of records.
Resource Center Services/Functions
- Provide archive/library services to all Association members, staff and stakeholders
- Information acquisition and dissemination manuals
- Acquisition of new ICT related resources.
- Printing/photocopying facilities
- Disseminate information to stakeholders
- Networking with other information Centers/Libraries
- Advise on procurement process for ICT materials
- Responsible for development and growth of the computer literacy
- Management and updating the Association Websites.

- Provide network administration
- Provide first level IT technical support

- Training of users on new ISN products.
- Advise on IT procurement
- Provide support to national budget system
- Review /clear specifications for IT
